Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confirm availability, reserve a date or obligate Croft & Co. to provide services. A booking is confirmed only after both parties sign a written service agreement and any required retainer or deposit is received.

All event-planning services, deliverables, fees, payment terms, cancellations, rescheduling and responsibilities are governed by the written agreement provided for the specific engagement. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will govern.
